If you are a little anxious do not worry! I have worked with many pregnant mothers and my job will be to keep you as comfortable as possible. That’s a promise! WHAT TO EXPECT WITH NEWBORN SESSIONS IN HOME

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

My sessions are mainly controlled by your desires. When you call or message in for a session, we will discuss your wants and needs for your session. We will discuss location, clothing and anything else I need to know. Whether it is a formal, casual or mini session, I am confident that we can work with your family to achieve the imagery desired.

DURING YOUR SESSION

Your newborn photography session will take place in the comfort of your own home. I will create the perfect environment and will provide everything that is needed for your baby's first photos. I like to allow plenty of time for feeding and cuddling, which means full sessions can take between 2-4 hours. To make sure your baby is kept nice and comfortable throughout the session I will setup a small area of your home. I only ask of you that the room that we will be using to be at least 75 degrees for optimal sleepy baby.

I will bring a variety of props for you to choose from based on our previous discussions about color choice and style. And if you have something special you would like included I would love to incorporate this into our session.

Should you have opted for a package that includes sibling and family photos, neutral clothing in neutral tones always photographs well and please avoid logos and patterns on shirts if possible.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Sit back and relax! I’ll be hard at work editing your images and choosing the best ones to present to you. I know you’re anxious, so I will provide you with a sneak peak of what I captured within 24 hours of your session. You will find your sneak peak on my Facebook and/or Instagram page where you can tag yourself and share with family members. Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session, you will receive an email from me with a link to your gallery along with instructions on choosing images, downloading, and even installing your very own photo app.

PLACING ORDERS

Your gallery will remain live for 30 days so be sure you choose your favorites and download and backup your session before that time has passed. Most of the time I am able to leave the gallery up for longer, but can only guarantee that the files will be available for those first 30 days. After that time, you may be subject to an archive fee should you need to access your images again.
